The event brought together players of all ages and skill levels, showcasing generational unity and chess excellence. Congratulations to:
– FM Kojo Hasford (Landlord) for winning the rapid section on tiebreaks
– Philip Ameku and Akpa Prince for their impressive performances in the rapid section
– Philip Ameku for blitzing his way to victory in the blitz section
– CM Clinton Fomevor and FM Kojo Hasford for their strong showings in the blitz section
– Siddarth Gupta for his perfect score (7/7) in the junior section
– Raja Sachiin for securing 5.5 points and second place in the junior section
– Othneal Weniah for his impressive performance
Special mention to the Blind Chess Academy for their presence. It was indeed a festival of chess culture.
