A four member delegation from the National Communications Institute of Mozambique on October 21, 2025, paid a courtesy call on Leadership and Management of GIFEC.
The visit was to have an insight to GIFEC’s implementation on it’s Universal Access and Digital Inclusion Projects, Sustainability of Universal Service Fund, Partnership with operators and Digital Literacy Program.

The Acting Administrator of Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications(GIFEC), Mr. Tanko Rashid-Computer welcomed the delegation and outlined some of GIFEC’s flagship projects and achievements.

The delegation was led by its Executive Secretary, Mrs. Claudia Esmael who thanked the Administrator and his team for the warm reception. She acknowledged the successful story of GIFEC and the readiness of ICNM to learn from GIFEC.
Presentations were made from both institutions on their operations and programs undertaken in Universal Access.
