Addressing the gathering, she described the new project as a shining example of what can be achieved when vision and innovation come together.

As the body mandated by the government to oversee the growth of sports across the country, Madam Commey explained that the NSA views the initiative as a model for the future.

She pointed out that creating structured pathways and building strong partnerships will give girls the platform to excel not only as athletes but also as leaders and role models.

“Through technical development, structured pathways, and strong collaboration, we can ensure that girls are not just participating in sport, but excelling, becoming leaders, role models, and champions of their communities,” she said.

Madam Commey went on to emphasise the need to nurture talent from the grassroots. She noted that access, safety, and encouragement are vital for girls to develop and flourish both in sport and in life.
