Asante Kotoko SC have officially completed the singing of a new striker as part of their rebuilding process as they seek to wrestle the league crown after a five year hiatus.

The Baba Yara stadium outfit sealed a three- year deal with former Future Stars Forward Samuel Boateng, after a successful medical.
Samuel Boateng enjoyed dream campaign in the 2020/21 Division two league with 18 goals in 15 outing for his lower tire side and has now been offer the chance to develop his goals scoring prowess at Ghana’s biggest club in recent years.
Head Coach of Asante Kotoko, Dr. Prosper Narteh could partner him with either Francis Andy Kumi or Solomon Sarfo Taylor upfront in the 2021/22 domestic football season.
He became the fourth singing for the Porcupine warriors after the signing of Richmond Lamptey from Inter Allies, Maxwell Agyeman of Wamanfo Might Royals and Clinton Opoku from Phar Rangers.
