Ghana Rugby’s 2026 Training & Education Programme continued on Day 1 with the World Rugby-certified Officiating Course, bringing together participants from Ayawaso Central, the Savannah Region, and the Ghana Prisons Service.
The course focused on equipping officials with the knowledge, confidence, and decision-making skills needed to manage matches with precision, fairness, and integrity. Through practical sessions and expert guidance, participants gained a deeper understanding of the laws of the game and effective match control.

Supported by Rugby Africa and World Rugby, the initiative marks another important step in strengthening officiating standards and overall development within Ghana Rugby.
