Ghana’s Women’s National Rugby Team will participate in the 2025 Rugby Africa Women’s 7s tournament scheduled for 15–16 November at the RFUEA Grounds in Nairobi.
Defending champions South Africa headline Pool A, where they will face Zimbabwe and Mauritius. Pool B features Ghana and host Nation Kenya, alongside and Côte d’Ivoire, while Uganda, Zambia, and Burkina Faso make up Pool C.

Kenya was announced in September as the host nation for the 2025 Rugby Africa Women’s 7s, set for 14–17 November 2025, with ticket details expected to be released soon. Preparations are already underway, with several teams stepping up their training.
The Kenya, Tunisia, and Uganda used the Safari 7s as part of their build-up to the continental showpiece.
